Hey guys, back with some good news. I just got finished with a photo shoot with the car. It will be in Mustang Enthusiasts magazine some time in the future. I'm going to the track Oct. 11th and we'll see if we can't dip into the 11's . I have some adjusting to do as the car doesn't seem to want to hook after shifting into 2nd lol. Anywho, I don't have any pics from the shoot yet, but I'll post some other pics.

 

looks sharp, i may have missed it but what caused the fire? i need to send some pictures of my car out because i would lie to get it into a couple of magazines, that was one of my goals anyway. again, good looking rig

 

Thanks! It was caused by a oil-feed line from the S/C disconnecting itself and spraying oil on the exhaust headers. fun stuff. To be honest at first I was pissed, but now I'm actually glad it happened.

 

That's a bummer. But you pulled it out in the end. Outstanding job.

Glad to this thread back up top again. It was the BEST thead I've seen for a long time. There is nothing that can compare to bringing your car back to life again.

 

congrats on getting a spot in a mag...will they tell you in advance when it will be in it, or does it just appear the month they decide? I'm not that familiar with that stuff...
