No tension on clutch fork

No tension on clutch fork
Help someone, have an 88 coupe used to be a four banger now has 94 cobra motor with a bunch of upgrades but still have four cyl tranny. Haven't driven it for awhile, get in clutch pedal goes all the way to floor , I check clutch fork and its going back an forth no resistance at all . Dhave to pull th

could be a few issues. streched cable or snapped cable or the clutch fork is off throw out bearing or partially of it. the "forks" that slip over could be spread out and it isn't totally on the bearing sleeve. you should get a visual through the inspection cover. if turns out to be a bad fork ford racing sells an heavy duty one thru 50rest or other vendors. if it is the cable use a oem ford cable, aftermarkets do not last like the eom one. the aftermarkets tend to strech/break and make noise vs the oem but the oem does cost more ( price to pay for the longer life).
