My '91 LX 5.0 'Vert...
Ok. Long story. A few years ago, I was looking for my second Mustang. I've had 4 Fox's in the past and always wanted yet another, so I went searching and found a '91 5.0 'Vert on GREAT shape. Original oxford white paint with NO rust/fading/blemishes/etc. It had been purchased brand new in '91 by a lady who bought it for herself as a retirement gift and she drove it across the country a few times to various places for vacation purposes so almost all of the 90,000 miles were highway. She had a stroke in late '99 and her son garaged the car for nearly 10 years, taking care of it. She finally decided to sell it and told her son to list it for sale.
AS luck would have it, he posted it only 1 day before I found the listing and gave him a call. We quickly agreed on a price after I went to look at it and the next day, I drove it home. I was only the 2nd owner of this beauty and couldn't believe it. Anyway, I decided to give it some upgrades (new top, painted trim, new 6-piece headlights, new floormats, custom stripes, Cobra upper/lower intake, new water pump, white Pony wheels, new top boot, etc).
Here is how she looked when I got her...

Now, back in '10, I got a job working for the government in Afghanistan and was going to be over there for 2 years. I only have a one car garage and my sister was going to be using it while house sitting for me, so I had to find somewhere to store my '09. I didn't want to pay to store two cars, so.....I sold the 91'Vert to a fellow local Mustang Club member. It's being well taken care of and still looks great!
