I have an 1988 mustang with no horn. It didn't work before at at. I took off the stearing wheel cover and connected it. Now whenever I press it I just hear clicks. Kinda like it wants to blow but somewhere the connection isn't there. Does anyone have a diagram of the horn or can point me in the right direction. Also where is the horn located? Is it under the hood? I can't find it at all thats why I am thinking it might have been taken out.
Thanks for any and all help.

The horn on a 1988 Mustang is located under the driver side fender in front of the wheel and mounted to the frame rail extension in front of the shock tower. Make sure you are getting a good connection by unplugging them and then plugging them back in.
