Does the car have to be loaded for sub-frames?

Does the car have to be loaded for sub-frames?

I have been reading that the car should be lifted on it's wheels to install sub-frames. Not lifted and installed by the frame. Does anyone agree?

yes, you should have it on an alignment style car lift for installing SFCs

dont want to have any strain on the frame when you install them. or your frame will be crooked after the subs are installed
