I replaced the motor in my driver's side rear window due to it having gears stripped in it. The window never went up and down smooth but it seems real bad with a good motor. Is there guides or a track that can be adjusted and/or replaced? Thanks in advance.

There is a lot of adjustment in the rear quarter windows and they can be a royal pain to get adjusted properly. You really should have a shop manual to help you there on that one.
