What's up, I have a question for you guys ? I can get a hold of a 91 notch that this guy started to take apart, the car was running nothing wrong with that he said that he was bored and wanted to build backup. Its all there he has the engine the top half all out and the whole interior and dash is out, the front of the car and and the two fenders are off the car there is only one spot of rust on the door he's asking $2,000 and it will include everything they came off the car I've never done a project this big before and I don't want to spend $2000 for a car I might not be able to build back up what do you guys think?

Check the vin and make sure its a V8 car. If so, id buy it.

 

Its a 4banger swap.

 

I wouldn't do it man. He said it was running but who knows. If it was running why did he take it apart? Would you take a car apart just to do it? And who did the swap? It sounds like he is trying to make a buck I wouldn't pay more than 800 to 1000. You can find running notches with original 5.0 for 3000 to 5000.

 

If he doesn't take $800 ill pass.

I just bought a 87 5.0 coupe that has a few engine mods but does need a paint job and freshen up the interior some for $2,000..
