There is a parts list from a member who did one with sources ( his link is under 5 lug swap), A link for the " 5 lug how to" plus a full page of mustang vendors both new and used that also sell the stuff needed.

If you are just looking for 5 lugs and retaining the disc/ drum setup you can use this kit from LRS.

If you want to update and upgrade the entire setup to disks you are going to have to piece it together, as I do not believe the Ford Racing kit (M-2300-K) is available anymore.

Yes, FRPP's M2300K conversion kit is no longer produced. You're going to have to piece together one from various sources or find one as NOS from a vendor. If you don't have to have the "Cobra brakes", it would be easier to get or use parts from a '94-'95 GT or V6 even.
