I traded an brokedown truck for a running 85lx 4spd. If I wanted to put my carbed 5.0 and t5 in it what else would need to change? Fuel pump? Lines? Tranny crossmember , gauges , what am I lookin at getting myself into?

 

You would need to address cooling (radiator), suspension, brakes (at the least get a '87-'93 V8 version), 8.8 rear axle, and exhaust (not sure if early 4cyl. cars had provisions for dual outlet muffler hangers) too. Lots of info out there on this swap. Good luck with this project.
