I'm to the stage where I will be getting back to the filler work on my coupe. I will then be applying another coat of epoxy then surfacer. I need to repaint my interior but I'm not sure if should do it before or after exterior paint.

Should I get the interior primed then put color on after ext. paint?
or
Paint the inside and tape up for the outside shoot?

Any recommendations for stripping the grained doors and rear seat panels?

Since your car is totally apart, I would prime and paint everything at once. That's the best part about doing a total restoration....very little masking.

I sandblasted my door shells to remove interior paint.

So go ahead and get it all primed then paint it when we do the outside?

What if I don't have access to a sandblaster? How will stripper work on the grain? What about one of those stripping wheels?

What color will your interior paint be?

I guess I would paint the inside doors and dash first, and mask them off when we shoot the exterior. I guess I was thinking of door jams and the like.

Dash and doors are what I was thinking about.

Still leaning toward the parchment so it'll be either that or black.

The dash and doors are easy to hit at any time with a little masking. I prefer doing them after everything else is covered and the windows are in since that work is prone to nail them somehow.
