ok so i posted after 2 years my car was painted added pictures etc. over the weekend i couldent get on this sit yesterday it acted like the site dident exisit , i get here today and there is no clue i ever even posted the pics? WTF?

that would be like me as a genral contractor telling a cutomere " WELL I HAD A MAJOR FAILURE WITH MY PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SO WE FINISHED YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT BATHROOMS" so sorry but you have no bathrooms? [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/nonono.gif[/img]

im in a buisness where i have to be competent and complete and most everybody else anymore can PRACTICE ( ie doctors attorneys etc.) [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/worship.gif[/img]

its not really something they could control, there was a technical failure, and info was lost

oh i understand, but remember all my companys finacial records are on computer, if the irs aduits me, and i can retrive that information from my computer would the irs forgive me [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/headscratch.gif[/img]
i have to back up my computer everytime i add vitial information, march 13th to april8 is a pretty big strech of time with no backups?

Well, think about it this way, what does this site charge you for the service they provide vs. what is expected of you in your job and what you charge your customers? Unlike both your scenarios, no money is changing hands here so it's kinda hard to get upset when things go wrong.

OH my expectations should be non existant because this site is free? uh no i dont think so, everything is done for money this is a expensive site to run and im sure brad dosent do it for free, he has all those pop up ad's and sponsers who PAY him based on READERSHIP numbers ( you and me)

I'm sure Brad will refund your money - oh wait, you didn't pay anything. Never mind.

Just repost if you like. The comparison between this and essential financial records is specious. This is a fun, but non-essential activity.

Lots of folks, including me, lost posts. In the big scheme of things, it is just not the end of the world.
