Yeah, she kinda pissed me off last night. From the start, she asked me to find out what she needs to buy. I gave her those brakes. Now questioning my stuff. Trying to cool down before we chat tonight. Not sure if I will be fixing up this car or not. Crap has to change. See ya & thanks again.

That's not even an option, I don't think. Her dad bought it new & it was her 1st car. Really not even worth asking.

1 thing good out of this, I can save up to buy my own. I can just then buy all new stuff. Since it was bought new, I was going try & have fixed parts that are original. With my own, I can just buy new stuff.

 

Well, I hope you get a good Mustang. Find one that's already had everything done to it. It's cheaper! Believe me, I know!

 

It's calmed down. It's all back on. I still hope to buy one for myself. No real rush, though.

 

Yeah, best to wait and find a really good one. And go see it in person, photos don't always tell the truth.

I'd love to buy one already fixed up & running, can't quite afford that though. I am disabled & can't work. There for, can't really save up that kind of $. Cool to look @ though!!

Yeah, the pass door will not close. I think the latch is seized? I have been just tying it to the steering wheel. I forgot to ask what Bobby thinks is wrong today. Got that to go ask about tomorrow. Does this make any sense to y'all before I ask?

Yeah, there's a lot that can be wrong with these cars. Maybe you can just replace the door latch?

 

Bobby thinks it will just need that new latch. Got that added to my wish list.

 

OK good. Sometimes those latches are hard to get out since they have been there for 40 some odd years. There was another thread on this forum that talked about it.

 

Dad & I got the wiring ready to be hooked up. Now I'm just waiting for the gables.

Found a latch from Year 1 for like $75. Found it @ Dallas Mustang for $55. Hoping to get ordered pretty quick.

I order from CJ Pony Parts and Mustangs Unlimited. Usually depends on price since CJ offers free shipping now. However MU gets me my parts usually in 1 day.
