Using John Loper's gt390 I cropped it in MS paint and then laid it on an american flag I found off the internet. The only other program I used was microsoft word to overlay the pictures and make the white transparant, so for what it is I don't think I did too poorly of a job.

Considering the tools at your disposal I'd say not bad at all. Photoshop or Corel rule though.
