So I was driving around today and noticed a slight metal on metal vibration comming from the rear of my car. Anyway...as I drove, I was thinking, and going over the possible things it could be. So when I got home after my 30 minute drive, I had decided that it was a loose exhaust hanger..(can you tell where this is going?) I got out, and imediatley went to the back of my car and GRABBED the pipe and gave it a jiggle.....Good news- It wasnt loose....Bad News: That pipe was only about 500 degrees and burned the Hates out of my hand. I couldnt believe I didnt even stop and think; "Man, this could be a little warm. I'd better let it cool off." Nope! Just went grabbing without thinking...the exhaust that is...

How about rebuilding the transmission and filling it with fluid and starting the engine and hearing a load gushing sound and looking on the floor to see a lot of ATF that came out of the pressure port that you forgot to plug?

Don't worry Cody, I've done the same thing. Sometimes our brains don't kick in right away
