Look What I Found
Look What I Found
Finnaly after almost 40 years there is somebody making a Dual Quad Intake Manifold for 351W.

Now hopefully they will start making 8-71 Blowers.
(didn't quite know if this was the right place to put this thread)

Personally...I think dual quad setups are a waste of money.....I mean....Do you really need to have two carbs??? just get one really good one.....and not to mention the fact that its going to be really, really hard to tune.
I'll give you this though...it looks hot!....BUT....if I had unlimited resources....I would rather have the eight Webber set-up.

If I had found one before I bought my edelbrock performer I would have considered it.
I'm just happy that people are starting to pay more attention to the 351W engine. if you have noticed in alot of project cars and magazines it seems like the enine of choice is a 427W (stroked). I just hope that somedaythey will have as much aftermarket as a 5.0. Yeah right!
And as far as 2 carbs being not as good as 1. as far as tunabillity thats right but, for performance its definately better because the feul doesn't have to travel as far, meaning better engine response. Personally I think 2X3 is the best.
