Glad TMS is back up so I could post this.

Just thought I'd give a little look at what is involved. I followed along with THIS WEBSITE. The only thing this doesn't show that I had to do was to drill a small hole in the washer in line with the larger holes so that I got better penetration and it held. On my first one, the mount broke loose when I went to disconnect the hanger then I had to fish it back out of the roof "rail". All in all it went pretty quick except for the fishing. :naive:

I used 7/16x14 grade 8 bolts and nuts and 2" washers that I picked up at Lowe's. Then had to trim off 3 edges.

See the large hole forward of the headliner bows? This is the area where you're going to mount. This area has a double layer of sheet metal and is pretty strong.

I had to drill it out to 1/2" for the bolt to fit.
