First steps to a solid suspension taken!
#1
Well, I decided my course of action. First, I am gonna do subframes. In reading the DIY article on subframes at M&F Magazine, the first step is to ensure that you have a solid frame to start with... Hmmm... I think I might be okay.. what do you think?
Here is my "proper foot ventilation," which is very important in a well-handling car
Here I have allowed the ages to lighten the frame (Cloney said I needed to drop some weight... here we go).

Your first step in a new suspension is definitely a floor
I'm almost done bolting in my Comp Eng subframes. I'll snap a pic or two tonight whilst (LOVE that word, the English have, well, the best English) I am snapping the Hurst shifter for Clonester. I've read Dave Stribling's article on DIY subs and it looks fine, I just don't have the welder or inclination for that.
I'm rubbing my prayer beads later, hoping I can con Art into welding the SFCs in later

"SOLID" is definitely the operative word here.

I already have most of the frame done (or at least the hard part) and the torque box is sitting in the shop. I MIGHT have it done tonight...
