I am toying with the idea of a custom glovebox door made for the fastback with engraving done. It would be made out of billet aluminum. Besides JME...anyone else? Is JME solid or an inlay? I need ~ 5 people to drop the price to something more reasonable. 400 for one but 200 for 5 or more.He makes some very nice stuff...builds parts for aerospace companies.

This is a closer look at the quality of his product...

The brushed portion is an inlay. The rest of the door is very solid.
Overall it's nice but the inlay doesn't fit as well as I would like for the price.

I did check with Kanter about his inlayand just received his 6 gauge cluster. I am looking for better quality/solid billet stuff.

I am checking with the guy I met yesterday about doing 6 gauge clusters with matching glove box doors and having engraving done to the door.

Also, isn't JME extremely slow with their orders on 67-68's? I was thinking about having him make some of those up as well.

I just got through talking to Erick about the cluster. Apparently after receiving my 6 gauge cluster from his supplier, Kanter has since taking them off his web site. We might just have a new product to unvail soon. I'll keep you posted.
