Are you going to take it apart again? It will give you a better result even though it is a pain in the rear.....

Have to get the inner fender areas and door jambs painted to match. Also have to get the underside of the trunk. Going to paint the inside of the trunk black.

Yeah, it's good that you're thinking about all the details. That will really make your paint job look good!

Dropped the mustang off to get the scoops put on and some more body work. Once I pay them I can start saving up for paint.

Well I got bad news monday about my scoops. They couldn't use them. So Yesterday I went down and talked to the guys and I am having him custom make me side scoops now. Hopefully he will keep it all under $400 since that is my limit right now.

There should be quite a few scoops out there that fit. I haven't shopped for any though...

The ones I had bought were just really warped and couldn't be fixed without pretty much rebuilding them completely. So he is going to give me an estimate on how much it would be to get the GT/CS style scoops custom made from him. I don't mind paying extra since his is fixing other parts of the mustang too right now.

Can't wait. The 67 will be getting a supercharger before summer.

That's good! I need to replace my trunk weatherstriping, but haven't done it yet......

I did drop it off to get the heater and the AC fixed. More money.....

My AC is rolled down windows. Heater doesn't work that well, I think the lines are starting to clog up.

Also ordered a 67 GT rear valance(has exhaust cutouts) today.

Yeah, my heater core was starting to leak. I'm glad they caught that, otherwise it might have ruined my new carpet.....

I sense a pattern in this thread...

BA Mustang: I just got something cool!
then
Falchion: I just found out another thing I have to replace, not cool!

It's actually kind of funny, in a sick, twisted kind of way lol

BA, forgive me for not following your thread too closely, are you supercharging the I6?
