Myself, I would rather go with something a little more old school then those. How about the Shelby Torque Thrust M's in Chrome? Those go really good with a older Mustang!

Chrome Bullitts is another set I am considering. I'm thinking about buying 1 or 2 of them to test fit them and help me decide on what to buy.

Well, that's not a bad idea.

This is the set I am ordering next week. I think they will look really good on the 67. 17x8s for the front and 17x9.5 for the rear. The offset should be correct so there will be no need for spacers.

Eleanor side scoops showed up today. I am going to order my rims Wednesday and find out this Saturday if the coupe will get 99 GT seats.

Sounds good!

I just got my Trans overhauled, and it looks like I have to get the rear end overhauled as well. Too much money!

Installed new door panels and took off the armrests.

Got new headlights for it also. Tinting my old ones so I can use them during car shows.

Also ordered new rims for it today. 15x7 and 15x8 Legend 5 spoke chrome rims.

I got them from my grandparents for christmas. When I first saw the big box I was like . I had no clue until I opened the box up and noticed what they were. Then I was like . Only dislike is the holes for the clips are way off compared to the old ones. I only used up to 4 clips per panel since they were so off.

Did they get you the wrong year door panel? They almost look like for a 65 like mine?

Where did you get the rims from?

They look the same as my old 67 panels.

I bought the rims from Summit Racing for $134.95 a piece.

You might try Discount Tire. They usually give out pretty good prices. You might be able to get them to balance and mount them for you as well.

He probably turned all the clips the same way, got to pay attention to the curved cut-out at each clip. He should have painted the interior metal while the d/p was off. kennyg

I'll paint all the metal when I get to that part of the car. I'm about 1 month from that stage.
