Wheelie Monster! DragnFly LSX Powered Fox Body

There are some instances in which “never lift” applies, and the DragnFly LSX demonstrates why keeping your foot planted is a good thing indeed. Obviously, lifting off throttle while the nose is that high up will slam it into the ground, you know, because physics. So, naturally it’s best to ride it out and hope for the best. In this case, the best did happen and DragnFly destroyed a Porsche 911 Turbo in the process.

While laying down a solid time in the high 8s, we have to give credit to the LSX engine once again. Though we have praised Coyote power in the past, it’s no secret that LS motors make power, and they make some serious speed when set into a Fox Body, as we can see from the trap speed of 159 mph. Though DragnFly only made one pass in this video, we know it to be a wicked street car and drag car. I sure wouldn’t want to line up next to it on the strip.

So how about a little wheelie appreciation? What’s your favorite wheelie poppin’ Mustang?
