Need for Speed Mustang
A one-of-a-kind model of the popular pony car from the upcoming DreamWorks’ film, “Need For Speed,” will make its first public appearance at a fundraiser in Michigan to help raise money for heart research before heading to Barrett-Jackson next April.

The Mustang, being shipped from Los Angeles for the event, is set to be auctioned at Barrett-Jackson next April following its debut at the fundraiser.

Proceeds raised from both the Michigan event and the Barrett-Jackson auction will benefit The Edith and Benson Ford Heart & Vascular Institute.

Touting the name “Mustang,” the “Need for Speed” car will make its debut in the film, which is based on the popular Electronic Arts’ video game series of the same name, with stars Aaron Paul, Dominic Cooper and Michael Keaton.

The car was designed in conjunction with Ford Studio and EA/DreamWorks and features a custom-designed wide body, unique 22-inch alloy wheels and a supercharged engine.
