Shelby is pulling the plug on the GT350 come December 31st. This is big news, considering that the GT350 has been such a staple in the Shelby line. If you couldn’t afford a GT500 (or for some reason, don’t really need 660 horsepower), the GT350 was a welcome alternative.
Now here’s something you don’t see everyday: a hill climbing classic Mustang that can devour the steepest of hills with the best of them. The Mustang action starts around the 2:10 mark, but there are some serious hill climbs throughout the whole video.

The crew at Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine was lucky enough to test the 2014 Mustang Cobra Jet and the purpose-built badass banged wheelies for over 100 feet every pass! The boosted 5.0 motor is said to spin north of 8000 RPM and has already been well into the 8s at the strip.
