Mustang Oversteers Into Wall

You ever get the sense that Mustangs will forever be haunted by the foolishness of a few reckless owners?

Okay, so maybe the idea of referring to them as “a few” is kind of an understatement, considering that it seems like every week there’s another story about some Mustang driver losing control of their car. So are Mustangs forever doomed by mishaps, like this one, which brings to mind all of those past Cars & Coffee fiascoes?

Apparently so. Although, in this case it appears that rain might have played a factor as well, according to person who was driving behind the Mustang when it hit the wall.

Luckily, no one was hurt as a result of the mishap, according to Jalopnik. But the Mustang appears to have lost a bumper as a result of the ordeal, and it likely sustained some significant front-end damage as well.

One of Jalopnik’s best digs in the piece comes in the closing line: “Man, I sincerely hope nothing like this happens again. Especially not leaving something like a—oh, I don’t know—Cars & Coffee event.”

Ouch!
