What noise is this?

Hey ya'll, can someone help me identify this noise? For context I have a cat code at the moment, I'm not sure if it's a blown cat. When I go through 2nd and 3rd gear I hear the same rattle as in the video attached. When I'm in neutral and give it throttle to mid rpms, the rattle intensifies after letting off the gas. Clutch pedal in, it reduces, clutch pedal out it rattles at mid rpms. It comes from around the trans/cat area so I'm not sure what it could be. Car has 150k miles, the noise has been consistent for about 5k miles, hasn't gotten much worse or deadened. I immediately thought clutch, pilot bearing/tob, or input shaft bearing, however when driving, other than it being an old trans and sometimes catching, I have no slipping and no problems. I'm truly stumped here.
