when the car is in neutral but the clutch is up i can hear a clicking noise that goes away immediately when i press the clutch. I can only hear the noise from inside the car otherwise i guess the engine is drowning it out. Any ideas what mite be going on?

Sounds like a vibrating clutch pedal. Mine used to do that when everything was stock. There's a TSB on that problem on the V6 mustangs if I'm not mistaken. I believe the fix was to take a little slack out the clutch pedal.

Sorry, I meant take a little slack out the clutch CABLE, not pedal.
