Hello i'm thinking of buying a 2016 Mustang GT/CS it is fully loaded, it has 6,000 miles and they want $28,000 for it, is that a good deal?

Seems the used '16's CS's I was looking at before I got mine were around the $32k range around here. Average mileage was 15-25k.
One White '16 CS/GT that I looked at was $35k, had 12k miles, smelled like smoke, had gunk and grime stuck in all the crevices all over the interior and dash, loose sand in the trunk, and the front tires were nearly bald. I gave all my concerns about the car to the salesman and told him I had zero interest in it. And it wasn't like they just got it in either, they had it about 2 months prior to me looking at it.
