Fender Bender / Hood shifted
Hey guys....
new here but ghost reader for years...
i just replaced my 2014 Ford Mustang bumper. Replacement was very easy. But with the new bumper on you can see the hood got misaligned.
anyone quick tips? Could it be the hood latch? Maybe i bent something and didn't realize it before putting the hood back on.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Basically want to check myself before having to bring to the body shop.

Hey. I actually dont. Wasnt a bad hit at all. Slid on some ice last month and basically slid into them. The grill cracked alittle but damage came from the bumper just cracking. Onviously now looking at it..might have been harder then i think but wanted to ask maybe i could adjust the hood a bit. The bumper went smooth...easy..nothing needed to be forced into place.

It almost looks like the hood is not closing properly. Are you sure the front bumper and latch mounting location is correct?
Or is the rubber hood height adjuster maxed out on the right side?

Is the replacement bumper cover OEM or aftermarket?

Hello Gabe. Yes bumper is OEM no aftermarket. Before i replaced the broken bumper i did notice the hood was raised alittle. I was hoping to check the hinges. Just wanted to know if any particular areas could be double checked for bends.
