You can get a kit complete with paddle shifters and it is rated to handle 850 HP.

Don't know what the paddle shifters look like or how much the kit is but it looks interesting.

Found some pricing listed, just under $6900 plus your choice of converter.

Only other thing is that you would have some chebby parts in your Mustang, this transmission is based on a GM 4L80E transmission case that TCI builds into a 6 speed transmission.

Paddle shifter looks like it is designed to bolt to the back of a 6 bolt custom steering wheel so it might be a chore to adapt to the Mustang wheel.
