I think its cute when big dogs still think they are little dogs and try to get in a lap or something. Cracks me up watching them try to figure out a way to do it, and can't figure out why they can't anymore.

 

Ah man that dog looks like sandy only with a few lbs added.

Hey, you don't have *****, you can't imagine what its really like.

However I do love them when you've had them since they were tiny little puppies, and then they grow up and still think they are tiny little puppies that can snuggle and lay on you, even though they weigh 100 pounds.

 

Lmao!!! I do love captain being next to me in bed.. He keeps me safe and warm while J is at work.

What about my baby Titan? Does he not snuggle with you. I'd find it hard to believe that he wouldn't be protective of you. He's a big boy, and even though you don't love him as much as Captain I'd say he is very protective. He's a sweet boy, you need to love on him more since his daddy is gone so much.

 

Titan is MEAN! I know you don't believe me but he bites! When you try and play with him he takes to too far and gets aggressive, captain steps in and keeps him away from me. You can't play with Titan like you can captain. But if you don't play with him yes he can be sweet he's next to me now sleeping and capt. Is on me like always.

Awww. Maybe hes "mean" because he senses that you love his brother more than him and hes just acting out to get more attention, even if its "bad" acting out, he doesn't realize that, hes just looking for the same love and attention you give to Captain. You'd be surprised how intuitive dogs are about stuff like that, they know when they're not being shown the same love. I bet if you treated them equally, he wouldn't be "mean" as you call it.

That's just a guess though, based on experience. Warm up to him, love on him and give him equal time and see if he doesn't change drastically. Dogs are not stupid, they feel and sense emotions and love like we do. Or so I'd like to think they do.

 

She's sucking up because we found the stuffing from her froggy spread all over the back yard. This is her guilty face when we ask her "what did you do?"
