As far as the color GHIG.... one of my State Trooper friends told me they already have a nickname for the color... Ka-ching green.
There are a few lucky State Troopers in their traffic enforcement division on the Mass Pike who are assigned a unmarked Mustang GTs as their patrol vehicle. Their emergency lights are small LED's on the rear deck and the front ones are hidden in the fog lamps.
