I do what the card it came with said, water once a week and bright filtered light... Anyone have other suggestions as what to do??

Well if its dry its too dry
I didn't look at the picture too well
Is it a tropical or subtropical plant? Is it outside in cold? Some tropical a will die in under 40* temps
If the soil is dry then that's too dry
It's should be slightly moist or humid at least between watering
Those plants are pretty easy to take care of
I don't have any because I don't have time to take care of them and nobody else will
Edit:
I looked back at it and I gotta agree it needs a bigger pot. Plus are those ivys in the bottom real. If so they drink water. They could be robbing the plant.
My mother has a green thumb and has plants like those. If the entire leaf is brown you can usually pull it off. If parts are brown she used to take a scissors and cut the leaf. But she would reshape the point so it kept its shape. Just cuttin the brown part out and making a pointy leaf again. It won't hurt the leaf and you won't have to look at the brown part. Like fingernails they will grow back. You could wait for the brown part to grow out to the end but it will take a while and look ugly.

lol.
All I use is a bit of liquid miracle grow in the water. I have a dieffenbachia I've had since '79 that is now 3 - and they've been in just buckets of water for 10 yrs now. That miracle grow works - even for hydroponics. lol

It's tropical I think and they are indoor ... I was thinking the cold could've gotten to them because it did get pretty cold in the house a few nights. I keep them by the window so they get sun... And yes the ivy is real. Ok so for sure a BIGGER pot and more water since the ivy?
I only water every 3-4 weeks. Maybe sooner in the summer. This variegated money plant is my indicator. When its leaves just begin to limp I know its time to water. This plant perks back up in 24 hrs, and the rest of the plants say 'thank you!' I'm a bachelor - whadya expect!
