It sucks for those guys. I talk to the ones on my route and they feel cheated by FedEx.

I understand exactly where there coming from, im a tugboat captain on the ms river and our company hires outside boats to work in our fleet, the captains on the outside boats make more $ than we do and we the ones that does all the work and runs the show/

Are you running push tugs or harbor tugs? My best friend runs harbor tugs for Moran.
