My oldest is a 13. Target just started selling 12-14 low cut here so you might be able to find them at your local target

I'll have to tell him. He's 23 and hasn't lived at home for a few years, so I haven't bought him anything in a long time. Now he is in Arkansas and I don't even know if he has one near him.
