I believe it's most likely because she did it for quite a long time, and the children she did it to now have permanent impacts - brain damage, etc.

Truck comes off the assembly line with 925lb/ft of torque. So for goodness knows how much money you can have them slap a bunch of Shelby stickers and emblems on it and they add 75lb/ft of torque. That's it? Roughly 8% increase. Which will of course just be a tune that anyone can get from any yahoo for a few hundred bucks.

 

To go from the factory 925 ft-lbs to "over 1,000" as they say, it requires such a mild tune, Ford should've just released the truck with 1,000 ft-lbs of torque to begin with.
