When you're posting, you're attaching the pictures and the picture is not counted toward the minimum of characters.
When the guy above you posted he used a remote link to that picture, and the picture's URL more than made up the minimum of 4 characters

Many men are pigs in public restrooms. If not for urinals, they's **** all over the toilet seats. I've never understood the total lack of consideration and class in public restrooms. In most cases, I think the pissing everywhere is due to the fact that their peckers are shorter that they realize and they need to step closer - much closer.
