That was a Dr Pepper plant in Dublin, TX. Southwest of Fr Worth. There is a Dr Pepper museum in wacky Waco, TX

I have no idea what she was even doing there. She had a kid in the stroller with an iPad. She just walked up to the counter for a minute then went over to the wendys next door.
