To be honest, I've never had chili without beans. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing? That said, I love our red bean chili, but I'd be open to trying chili with no beans. Who wants to send me a batch to test?

I don't even trust that from you weird Texas bastards, y'all don't even eat real BBQ. Y'all only seem to eat beef bbq, and that ain't exactly bbq. Brisket is good and I like a little of it from time to time as a side to a bbq plate, but BBQ is pork shoulder and pork ribs. Ask the black folks down here in the "real" South that invented BBQ. I can tell you that down here there are zero f***s given about anything that came out of NYC or Chicago, and our motto about that western s**thole out there is "we don't give a damm how they do it in califoria"
