I am officially bragging today! The last few weeks my "friends" have been surrounding me with their dam colds. 
A fav couple at the pub sat me between them 2 wks ago and she told me how she is just exiting a cold - by giving it to hubby who is now a snotty nose cougher.
Then last Mon the bar keep is a snotty nose cougher as she gave me beer & snacks.
Then she went on break and the owner relieves her and she's a snotty nose cougher!!
And I'm the one with the compromised immune system! 
So Thurs morning I had the dreaded "tickle" in the throat and an ever so slight runny nose.
I went WWIII with my usual: cinnamon oil in the throat morn & night to kill any bacteria. Hot!! SJW Red Clover tea with cinn & clove oil. Jewish penicillin (chicky noodle soup). Fresh juice. Nightly oregano on the feet & vicks on the chest to keep it from my lungs. Multi, Vita C, echinacea, zinc. Sleep.
That barrage kept the 'tickle' from turning into a cold.
My record stands: I haven't had a cold since 1998!
