Speaking of sleep, I'm freakin' exhausted. Didn't get hardly any sleep, and what little I did get was fitful. My shoulder started hurting about 2 am right up under my collar bone from my neck all the way out to my arm and through to the back in my shoulder blade. Never had pain like that there before, just an intense burning ache. Finally got up and took some Aleve about 9 am and fell asleep for a few hours, then it was gone when I woke up. Don't know what the hell that was about.

After a few hours of tv I usually stretch out on the couch kind of at a 45* angle so I can watch the screen and use a pillow to prop up my head and shoulder. For some reason I started getting shoulder pain last week. It was really uncomfortable like a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade.
Finally figured out I needed to take Colonel Colt out from under the pillow cause it was causing the shoulder pain. doi

I would love to sleep till 5. The bad thing is I get maybe a whole day off sometimes and have to swap to nights for a couple and right back to days. Never really get used to it just accept it. 12hr rotating shifts are hell.

I'm up at 3am Mon-Fri and most Saturdays for work. It sucks that you get so used to it that even on a day off i'm still up early, but do try to sleep a bit more.

That's the only thing I don't have problems with. I will sleep whenever if I get the chance. Day off I will sleep late. Working nights I sleep all day. I rely on that alarm clock or I would sleep through everything.

Yeah, that does stink. That will definitely throw your whole sleep cycle off.

3am?! Now that is tough. What time do you go to bed, like 8 pm?

I used to be like that, but not for a long time. I can't even nap. If I do, I feel worse than before I fell asleep.

I try to be in bed by 8pm, even if it's just to watch TV., but that doesn't happen too often. More like 9pm or a little later.

The 3am get up is when i'm on overtime which is more often than not. Probably won't stop until the 1st of the year. Otherwise i'm up at 4am. The nice part is i'm out of work at 2:30pm.
