Yes the 69 Mach is in my top 3 maybe even 2 favorite classic mustangs.

Yeah PJ over '69 Mach 1 is just

I don't see how that can happen.

There are quite a few S197 biased people on this site.

My top 3 would be the '70 Boss, the '69 Mach 1, and the 2000 Cobra R. I would rate the PJ my favorite s197 though, but that's below these cars.

I'd actually take a stock GT or Bullitt over the PJ. I do like it, but not that much.

I thought I would be one of those s197 biased people. There was a PJ Saleen sitting on the lot when I got my Stang in summer 2007. It had been there a while with its $60,000.00 asking price. I thought it looked good, but $60,000 for maybe 300rwhp. No thanks. They should have waited and put Super Shakers on all of them. Then you'd have something.

I don't think I'll ever get over the back end.

PJ is really cool, but if you add price into the mix, no way. I would take a GT deluxe and mod it.

You could get two GTs for that much.

I don't like any of them. They just look cheap and plasticy.

Well I like the back end. Outside of a spoiler delete GT/CS, the PJ has the second best s197 back end in my book.
