Alcohol doesn't give me a headache if I don't have at least one each day(I have broken free from that)...doesn't stain your teeth like Coffee.
I don't avoid all caffeine but I don't drink Coffee or soft drinks anymore for the most part.

I drank good coffee....but not that Starscmucks crap...that crap made me sick the one time I tried it. I used ONLY real sugar...can't stand the artificial crap and creamer was both powder and regular...no difference. I made it 42 years without drinking coffee and started earlier this year...lasted 6 months and I quit. I don't need it to wake me up in the morning and don't want to rely on anything to wake me up...
