I sent them emails with pictures for proof and everything and the service records from when it was installed. Would be nice if I at least got an email back saying "No".

Have you spoken with Joe on the phone? Did you get the work done by him. Or was it someone else car? If so Does he know whos car it was. So he can look for the records. Joe Should Have everything on his computer. I been dealing with them for many many years.

Amie I work very very hard to make a good life for myself. I have put in many many hours of overtime. I work in construction and there was days I would go in at 7 am and would not leave a job until 10 or 11 at night to go home. The past few years with the Economy I have really struggled to make a living for myself. But I haven't had to give up the toys just yet. Last year I bought a 2011 5.0 motor to put into a fox. but I haven't found the right car yet to do it. Plus work wise hasn't been stabel enough for me to take on another project. But I been taking all sort of classes lately to try and get me back to work and keep me working longer
