When I first saw him, he had found some fried chicken that we had eaten and he had a chicken leg and was sitting up holding it with both front paws eating it just like a person.

Seriously? I see them all the time around here. My grandfather was an avid coon hunter, they were dragging them in all the time when I was a kid. Him and my uncle always hunted with Black and Tans, I grew up around them and still love those dogs.
