Hi Joseph 
To be honest, it took me a few seconds to figure out what it was. Of course, not anything as serious as what you are used to, but buildings out here aren't designed to withstand quakes like they are there. Funny though I remember I was sitting at work at my desk, posting in here and said holy chit, everything is shaking. I'd take that minimal quake over a tornado anyway

Timing with quakes can really mess with you. I remember in high school leaning on the island in our kitchen right as a small quake hit. Felt the island move and was freaked out until I saw the light in the dining room swaying.

Never experienced an earthquake. Extremely rare around here. Besides, tornadoes are so much cooler.
