My favorite Christopher Walken movie scene is from Pulp Fiction when he tells a little Bruce Willis character how he smuggled his father's watch out of Nam for him.

I miss Hopper. He and Walken cornered the market on way out roles.

Cheney, who (unlike Mr. Bush) has been a vocal critic of President Obama, also took a shot at the current administration. Speaking of his expectation that construction would move quickly on the presidential center following the groundbreaking, Cheney quipped that "this may be the only shovel ready project in America." The reference was to the Obama-supported stimulus package that Republicans have criticized as ineffective.

Not saying I wouldn't, but you have to remember that I grew up in a time where the first ones I saw in person looked like that. You couldn't tell where one opening ended and the other began, not to mention having to stop every 30 seconds to spit a hair out.

These days I prefer a professionally manicured lawn.

Quick story..

We've all seen high school football games here, right? You know at halftime when the band performs and they have those baton twirlers and some kind of drill team/dance squad. Well in Texas at least 99% of the baton twirlers are girls, but 100% of the dance squad is girls.

Well last Friday night while it was halftime at our local high school playoff game the opposing teams band and dance squad performed. It all started off cool and normal and then the dance squad came out. Now there's probably about 5,000 people on the home side of the stands and we are all pretty much thinking the same thing. There was a hispanic boy on the dance squad, and he looked like he was about to start dancing with the girls instead of helping them or fetching stuff. Well the music starts and sure enough he starts dancing. And he's really working it. He had a big smile plastered on his face and was dancing his little heart out.

At first the stands fell silent. I mean you could see the jaws drop. Some of the less mature idiots started laughing and I along with some of the others were starting to feel ashamed of our fellow citizens here. But something happened that night that changed my view of these idiots around here forever. They began to applaud. Not just some of them but a vast majority of them. In fact when it was all said and done they gave him and the dance squad, of which he was by far the best dancer, a standing ovation. I couldn't believe it. It was like nothing you've ever seen before. I was like, dang, these people aren't all biggots and rednecks after all. I mean they actually stood up and applauded after laughing at him only a few minutes earlier.

It was like a miracle.

Can someone please start a "I hate Volts" club.

I'll have to add Volts to the list of cars that feel the deafening and hot bitter exhaust from my supercharged ride.

Defnitely a good clip.

I still think the very beginning dialog between Samuel L and Travolta is the best. Foot massage

It is. There's a lot of good dialogue. QT pretty much blew his wad in that movie.

His dialog is always great to me. Death Proof was ok as far as that part goes, he made up for it with the dance scene however.

But all else he has done, has been superb. A great example is the scene he wrote and directed (and starred in) in the movie Four Rooms. His was hte last Chapter (scene) named "The Man From Hollywood" and it was absolutly great. Showed his personality to its fullest.
