Lauren on the bottom right is perpetually pouting. She's pouting right now in fact.

That's because she wanted you to carve the Jonas brothers in the pumpkin instead of some dude named Reagan.

Paige, in the Texas cheerleader outfit, went to the emergency room at about 4:00 am last night with an allergic reaction on her face. You can see it's kind of red in the picture. Well evidently Saturday afternoon she was playing outside and was touching some vine/ivy (not poison ivy or oak) and was rubbing her eyes and face with her hands. Well her face was red, then it puffed up like a pumpkin, she had to get a steroid shot and some medicine, and we've been giving her benadryl ever since we noticed it. It was really bad. It still looks bad but the swelling has started going down.

We are making her an appointment with a allergist ASAP this week. This is the second reaction she's had in the past month. Luckily so far the allergic reactions do not effect her breathing or throat. I checked her tongue and breathing all night and it was fine. Poor girl. She looks unrecognizeable.

Allergies are not something to mess with....... sounds like you're doing the right thing.

Sounds like a good time Eduardo! Sucks about your phone, but then again, maybe not. What you gonna get?

That's crazy. I'm glad it didn't get too serious and affect her breathing at all. Good luck with the allergist. I hope it's nothing too bad.

The steriod shot should help a lot. She may not have been touching it at all. The same thing happens to my oldest. If he is anywhere near poison or even if someone is burning brush somewhere and it is airborne, it sucks to his face and he swells right up. He doesn't even need to touch it to have a reaction. He gets the a red, blotchy, swollen face and it's really scary when his eyes start to swell.

I hope she feels better soon.
