Really wish I could get a pic of this car that truly shows how vivid and eye popping it is in the sun. They all look washed out and don't transfer the color at all. Need a better camera and some software I guess.
Perhaps I'm just being biased, Lee... However, IMHO you're 2022 GT500 pics don't appear to look washed out to me at all, but rather transfer the color just fine...Therefore, I see nothing wrong with the picture quality at all.

Thanks Rocky, but the ones in the sun are what looks washed out and nowhere near the color of the car. It's vibrant, stunning in the sun, just can't capture it. I'll post the sun pics when I get on my other computer. It looks like a Lazer Red Mustang from the early nineties that was left outside since new in Arizona in pics. Lol

It looks like this in person.
Lee! From the images you posted, I honestly cannot tell the difference... As far as I'm concerned, both images appear very vibrant to my eyes... Perhaps, my eyesight may be getting worse than I thought or something.
Been seeing some production numbers pop up on 22 500s. I know mine was one of the last built group. Saw some breakdowns on some stuff, and I think this is likely a very low number of ones made just like it based on the odd combination of options and stuff I ordered. I mean very low. Doesn't really mean anything, but thought it was interesting.

That's very awesome Lee. You have a great car. I still want one!!! lol
Enjoy it!
Weather has been crap. It sat for several weeks. When I cranked it, it seemed to turn over a little slow on the first round, but it fired right up. Bought a Battery Tender for it.

Wise decision on buying the battery tender, Lee! My Motorcraft battery is now well over 6 years old and still going strong, all thanks to being connected to a battery tender whenever my car is not in use.

Good call on the battery tender.
The weather out here has been crappy lately. We'll get like 2 good days, then like 4 days of sun/clouds/rain. Speaking of which,......it's pouring out here right now.
Rocky, Tony, I never had a problem with all the other ones I had, but I'm in a better climate than y'all and could drive them more. Put about 3k a year on the others. But between weather, family issues, health, etc this one is still under 1k after a year and a half.
Not to mention this one cost so much I'm nervous a lot of the time driving it in traffic with all the nuts, or leaving it parked anywhere out of sight.

The weather has been crappy here too, Tony! Parts of our area have been getting flooded from all the rain we've been getting since it began last week.

Consider yourself as fortunate, Lee for being in a better climate... I can also fully relate to where you're coming from when it comes to family issues, weather, and especially when it concerns health issues... Therefore, you're far from being alone, to say the very least...

Lee,....you know what it is??
It's the batteries themselves. The Ford batteries that come with these cars do suck.
@m05fastbackGT
Looks like killer weather here for tomorrow and Tuesday! Can't be on the weekends though, huh??!? lol
