They are not cheap. My guess is they know we need them. They did protect my rockers though.

Yep I'm getting them too with the PP summer tires, thinking about getting the "mud flaps" from AM to resolve this. These dam tires pick up everything and every screw and nail just seems to get stuck in the tire!!!!

Put them on today. It's little too late for me damage is done. Will help with further I quess. Going to give dr color chip thing a try I quess. Upsets me that it's a couple dollar part ford should of just put on car this year

You can take your mustang to any tint shop or vinyl shop and they will take care of it for around $1000.00 plus tax. Got a quote from a local shop, it was to wrap therefore hood plus half way up doors. Or if you want to take a chance with plasti dip you can just buy a few cans for 7.00/each. I would not recommend the plasti dip though. I've had one bad experience with doing my badges on a JKU where it are away my clear coat as it was drying.
