How to exit information display

Hi all, tried using the color settings and track setting for the 1st time. Can someone tell me how to exit the main menu. Manual say "hold left arrow" but it does not work. Please help.

Hi Glenn, Ford said I have to drop it off and one of the tech guy will show me.
